It's been ages since I caught up with you all, so I'll make a start by introducing my new friend Connie who came along to the Sanctuary a few weeks ago with her family.

I just happened to be out on the Main Yard with some other long-ears when I heard the click-click of a camera... never one to miss a photo opportunity!

Well winter's definitely long gone and with spring here, my long eared friends and me are enjoying the Devon sunshine... as you can see from my picture. My ears may be at half-mast, but I can tell you that they don't miss a thing.

Thought you might like to see this photo of me. Some of my donkey friends seem to have the knack of taking off their collars pretty quick and it's quite a good game leaving them around the paddocks for the grooms to go and find!

At last it's time for me to go and get my hair cut. I booked my appointment early so that I'll look my best at the Donkey Summer Fair in a couple of weeks. Do look out for me because Colin has chosen me to be his model for the farrier display!

It's the first day of Donkey Week and I'm so excited. I'm normally the first donkey out on the Main Yard, but today I have to wait my turn to meet all the donkey weekers because me and my best friend, Lady, are having our feet trimmed.

Before breakfast this morning, I spotted a very nice man carrying lots of boxes into our barn. Intrigued, I went over to see what he had brought us.
