Syd R came into the Sanctuary in June 2008. All donkeys and mules on arrival spend six weeks in the Isolation Unit where vaccinations, farriery and worming will be updated before they join the rest of the resident donkeys and mules.

Because Syd was very nervous, he gave our Isolation team quite a challenge.
