My trip to Mexico is over and I'm back home in Sidmouth. I shed a tear on the plane as I definitely wanted to stay - to meet more of the donkeys, more of the people, to find out more from the teams and to learn more about the Mexican culture.

Professionally the week was fantastic and I feel that I have some interesting material to work with and I can't wait to write my stories.

On a personal note, my luggage never arrived in Mexico City. In fact it never left the airport in London! Did I mind not having some of life's little luxuries? No I didn't - it was a very humbling experience seeing how these people cope without, and how they live their lives with their donkeys.
