The Donkey Sanctuary in Sidmouth is hosting a number of fun, new events for all the family over the May half term holiday (25th May – 2nd June).

Throughout the week, families are invited to take part in a Nollaig Trail. Finding clues hidden around the Sanctuary that tells the story of rescued donkey Nollaig.

The Donkey Sanctuary will be on hand to discuss donkey fostering on Sunday 12th May 2013 at Reaseheath College’s annual family festival in Cheshire.

Donkey Sanctuary welfare officers, Diane Sisley and Pam Moon will be on hand at this year’s Reaseheath Family Festival to introduce and answer any questions about the fostering scheme at The Donkey Sanctuary.

The Donkey Sanctuary is holding a fashion show and clothes sale on Wednesday 1st May from 6:45pm-10:00pm to raise funds for its Donkey Assisted Therapy centre in Leeds.

The Donkey Sanctuary is holding a spring craft fair on Monday 6th May from 10am-4pm at the Sanctuary headquarters in Sidmouth, Devon.

The indoor craft fair is a fundraising event and a great opportunity to purchase gifts, including handmade jewellery, cheeses, scarves and pashminas, skincare treats, wood turned items, art, homemade jams and chutneys and more! Refreshments will be available including tea, coffee and cakes.
