During you visit to the Sanctuary, please drop into the Visitors' Centre which is located near the main yard, the heart of the Sanctuary where visitors are free to mingle with the donkeys. If you are visiting with your family, or arranging to meet others at the Sanctuary, the Visitors' Centre also acts as a good central meeting point.
In the Visitors' Centre you can purchase all your donkey-related gifts as well as find out all about the Sanctuary. If you can't see what you are looking for, please ask one of our staff.
For visitors who would like to see the donkeys out in the fields, there are number of walks around the Sanctuary. A guide containing all of the walks with information about what you will see on each of the walks is available to purchase from the Visitor's Centre.
If you would like to adopt one of our donkeys that our sister charity, the Elisabeth Svendsen Trust for Children and Donkeys (EST), uses for riding therapy, adoption forms are also available at the Visitor's Centre.
